• Give Practitioners the ability to have Stat Health connectivity from wherever they are, not only while physically present at the practice.
• Have a Server infrastructure that is housed on Enterprise Tier 1 equipment in an ISO Standard Data Centre in Brisbane.
• Have GZD hosted services delivered to any number of devices including tablets and other mobile devices.
• Helpdesk with 1300 number operated Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm, and an afterhours number.

For practices that prefer to have an ín-house’ service, GZD offers:

• Remote Support Software allowing for instant support on both Server and Desktops.
• Onsite Technical Servicing
• 9 engineers based in SE Queensland all with in depth Medical Centre experience.
• Priority callout for critical business issues (eg. Server Failure).
• Regular Proactive Server Monitoring and Maintenance
• A ‘Real’ understanding of the complexities and challenges faced in the running of Medical Centre IT Systems
• Remote access for doctors, etc. via secure methods.
