Transition DocAppts to My First Health

The rollout of Stat version 3.4 which includes the transition from DocAppointments to My Health 1st online appointments is presently underway.

We suggest you contact Eddie Quinones - 0499 610 452 at My Health 1st and organise an appointment prior to the upgrade for a demonstration of the new program and also to understand the configuration requirements.

Possible updating required at your practice:

Update to your web page link to My Health 1st appointments

Inform your patients they will no longer be able to use the Doc Appt app but rather the My Health 1st app.

Place some information in your waiting room about My Health 1st so your patients have time to adjust to the changes.

Stat will notify the support desk at My Health 1st regarding your upgrade date and time once it is booked and 1st Available will be in contact with you regarding the transition across to their product.

If you are not using Online Appointments and would like to see what is on offer, please contact My Health 1st for more information.
